Creative Arts Workshops

Star Arts Productions offers Creative Arts Workshops at the Las Vegas Little Theatre - Studio Theatre.  Workshops are six weeks long and run on Saturdays from 2:00pm-4:00pm.  Join us for one, two, three, or all four workshops!

     Workshop Dates:

          Workshop 1: September 17th - October 22nd

          Workshop 2: November 5th - December 17th (no class Nov. 26th)

          Workshop 3: January 28th - March 10th (no class Feb. 18th) 

          Workshop 4: April 14th - May 19th 

     Program Details:

• For ages 3-15 (students will be split into groups based on age if numbers allow)
• Each workshop will have its own theme
• Each week students will concentrate on a particular art form
• Week 1: Acting
• Week 2: Dancing
• Week 3: Singing/Vocals
• Week 4: Visual Art
• Week 5: Dress Rehearsal
• Week 6: Performance
• Students will learn dance routines, a musical theatre number, create all props, costumes, and set pieces, and students who can read will be assigned lines.
• Students will combine and rehearse all skills studied to create an original performance that will be held on the 6th week of the workshop.
• Family and friends are invited to attend the performance where the students will showcase what they have learned throughout the six weeks.

     Price:

• $105.00 per workshop
• 6 weeks of classes
• 2 hours each week
• There is an annual program fee of $35 to be paid the first time you register with Star Arts Productions.  Includes a Star Arts Bag.

     Dress Code:

     Girls: leotard/t-shirt/tank top, athletic pants/shorts/skirts/tights, ballet/jazz/tennis shoes

     Boys: t-shirt/tank top, athletic shorts/pants, ballet/jazz/tennis shoes
